Our customers include both retail clients and hearing aid professionals.  Over the years we have contracted with the Veteran’s Administration, Beltone, the Utah Department of Health, and the University of Washington.

One of our most successful joint ventures has been with the Lion’s Foundation of Illinois.  Together with this benevolent organization, we have reconditioned donated hearing aids for over 250 people who otherwise could not have afforded them.

We have had many customers who have remained with us over the years.  We take pride in the fact that we know our customers on a first-name basis and can immediately recognize their voices over the phone.  When a customer calls and asks for an especially fast turn-around-time, we bend over backwards to get the hearing aid back as quickly as we can.  We believe that superb service is what everyone deserves and we do our best to see to it that they get it.  This has kept us going since 1990 and will continue to do so in the future.
